Itinerary
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our driver and an office representative will meet you. After customs procedures, you will leave Nairobi and drive to Amboseli National Park. Check in and have a delicious lunch at your lodge in Amboseli. After lunch proceed to your afternoon game drive to spot some unique animals like Big tusks elephants and get to see the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. Located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa, Amboseli National Park is one of the most popular parks in Kenya. One of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up-close. On a clear evening you can catch a view of the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.
At 0630hrs: Rising early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, set off for another stimulating game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including African elephant, buffalo, impala, lion, cheetah, hyena, giraffes, zebra, and wildebeest among other African animals.
Depart the camp after breakfast with picnic lunches for a full day game drive in Amboseli national park. Kindly note you have an option of going for a morning game drive lunch at the camp followed by an afternoon game drive. Returning to the camp by sunset for evening cocktails at the bar followed by dinner.
Have an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, depart the Amboseli region for Nakuru with lunch en-route. Arrive in time and enjoy the afternoon game drive to spot wildlife. Lake Nakuru is a shallow alkaline lake where visitors can enjoy the wide ecological diversity with varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges.
A game drive is the main activity at Lake Nakuru. Foragers, grazers, hunters and scavengers all play their roles in the natural existence of Lake Nakuru. The park also has over 450 bird species including flamingos.
The lake is famed as one of the world's greatest ornithological spectacles. The park is also home to zebras, gazelles, Rothschild giraffes, impalas, black and white rhinos’ sanctuary and other large mammals. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the camp.
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru for a two-day Masai Mara adventure, passing through the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time and have your lunch at the camp. Afterwards, you will proceed to have an amazing afternoon game drive. No park in Kenya sees as many animals as the great Masai Mara National Reserve. A flourishing ecosystem that hosts all of Africa’s Big Five, the reserve is an exciting mix of wildlife, savannah, rolling hills, and iconic acacia trees adorning the landscape. If you’re here during the Great Migration (July – October) you’ll witness the influx of wildebeest and zebra crossing the Mara River into the park on their yearly cycle of survival. Dinner and overnight stay at your camp.
Have an early morning sunrise game drive before you head back to the camp for breakfast. Check out, take your trip back to Nairobi with a picnic lunch en-route. You will be dropped off at your city hotel or at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. End of your tour.
